Do I need prior sales experience?

What can I realistically earn in year one?
This is a commission-based 1099 role, so it depends entirely on your effort — no salary, no cap. For context, Globe Life publicly reported 1,146 agents earning over $100K in 2024. Your interviewer will walk you through what typical first-year production looks like.
Where do the leads come from?
Members of partner organizations request benefit information, and those warm requests are routed to agents. You meet with families who already asked to hear from us — you're never handed a phone book.
What do I need to get started?
A laptop, a reliable internet connection, and a life insurance license — and if you don't have the license yet, we show you exactly how to get it (many finish in a few weeks).
What is residual income?
When a family keeps their policy, you keep getting paid a percentage of the renewal — month after month, on top of new sales. It's how agents here build income that compounds instead of resetting to zero every month.
Can I really work from anywhere?
